WHAT IS A "  MISFIT"  ?

MISFIT OMEGA BRAND PHILOSOPHY BREAKDOWN:

The idea for the brand Misfit Omega was conceived with the heart-set of a true misfit in mind. Here is the definition of misfit for those that may be a little in the dark.....

MISFIT- a person not suited in behavior or attitude to a particular social environment.

I myself have been in situations my entire life where I felt as if I was a misfit. Whether I was too fat or too unique, too nice or too successful, over dressed or not dressed up enough it always seemed like there was always a reason to be on the outside looking in. But through those experiences, I have learned that being on the outside looking in is one of the best seats in the house when comes to truly understanding whats important in life. Don't get me wrong. Being and feeling loved and accepted is extremely important. But not as important as knowing who God has created you to be. If those around you have not accepted your God given qualities because they are different from the norm, leave those around you behind and find others that will celebrate you not tolerate you.

OMEGA- the last of any series; the end

This day and age is what I like to call the Omega Time. And I used the word Omega to harness the moment in this time that is the ending of alot of things, but the beginning of the movement of people during this time that are willing to not only go against the grain (of societal norms, political over-correctness and the voice of individuals ect.) to give those "on the outside looking in" a place to call home. 

LOGO BREAK DOWN-

The Misfit Omega logo is representation of just a few things that the misfit in this day and time suffers:

RIGHT EYE- Has first aid cross in it. A sign of being sick.

LEFT EYE- Has ZZZZ's in it that represents being tired. (Both eyes work together to deliver the message of ones "views" being affected because they are "sick and tired" of the injustices that misfits incur daily.)

BI- FOCAL GLASSES- Homage to all classic misfits (I.E. STEVEN Q. URKEL)

OVER BITE- Symbol of judgement through over standardizing what ones appearance, social groups or financial status should be.

TONGUE HANGING OUT- Result of all of the above leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

And that ladies and gents, is Misfit Omega.
